Game and website times out

It has only been happening recently. But this morning in particular the game and website have timed out for me in spurts of 5-10 minutes at a time. My internet connection is perfectly fine for everything else BUT H&H and I haven't seen anyone else complaining about it. Is there any known cause or way to fix this?

Instability happens at times and it's impossible to predict. Sorry but no, you're stuck with it happening just like everyone else.

I live in the same house as OP, and it's not really normal 'instability'.

After looking around, it seems to be similar to what they were complaining about here a long while back.

Like he said, we're both able to access everything BUT HnH and the site at around 5-10 minute intervals, and it doesn't affect everybody else at the same time. Just wondering if it's a common issue for other people right now.

I thought it was a server issue, since it seems to be crashing a lot recently.
Like u my H&H recently intermittently stops doing anything, but not for as long as you are experiencing only for about 1-2 min for me before things start working again.

This happens to me too.

And no, it's not happening to everyone. My friends on other IPs can still log in and play but I am blocked from game/website for 5-10 minutes at a time once or twice per day at random. At first I thought it might be a problem with my isp or something but I have just been bearing it rather than investigating because I am stumped! I don't even know where to start looking.

do a traceroute to the game server to find bottlenecks (sometimes it's where the "nets are connected" i.e. the cables coming from USA to Europe continent)
