Error after a few hours of playing, then a few minutes

Hey, im fairly new to this game and while i was playing with my friend a two errors occured,

the first one was with my first character, we were both hunting then i ran for a rat, but as soon as i caught it i had gotten a error, from then on each time i logged in the error would immeadaely popup.

the second time i was by myself (new character cause the other one is glitched), and was butchering an animal, then i had gotten the same error that did the same thing

i can link the codes up on the thread just wanted to kno if there was anything that im doing wrong that all ^^
