I right click on it and that's what comes up. Nothing else, just that. When I exit out of the Land Management window, it stays blue like that. I've even tried logging out and still the same.

Claim Stake underground

I'm not too sure what's going on. I just set up my Claim Stake in a mine, but when I try to do the normal give permissions and expand, all I get is the Land Management window. What's going on?
This is a SS of it.

Would updating Enders help me regain the Hide Objects function and toggle Global Chat?

Sure, you can toggle global chat, but there's nobody listening at the server to send your message back out. (not really... global chat got removed several months ago after too many people were trolling it causing the server to crash.)
If you've lost the hide objects functionality, then yes, updating will help fix that. (Didn't know it ever broke.)

Just do what i do, go on the default client when changing up your permissions and claim, etc. etc.
