Missing skill tables

Greetings people,

I was wondering if anyone else is having the similar problem where i have recently aquired the skills of leather working and cloth making...but neither of the skills have shown up on my crafting bar. At fist, i thought i clicked the wrong skill, but its definately there and shows i bought it...but cant seem to make anything from these two skill tables...

Any wonders why this might have happened?

Have you discovered raw hides? Have you discovered dried hides? Have you discovered leather?
