So today some friends (one of which was a basher) and I were messing around. We went into the house for shits and giggles while he was destroying it and ofc we got koed on the ground where the house had previously been. I then typed :afk (to make the zzzs come over your head) and i was able to get up instantly. This does not work in a combat situation but I have proven it within a house Just a small bug, nothing major.

As in combat do you mean it doesn't work while aggroed or both when aggroed and un-aggroed?

Not sure, but I figure if theirs blood being spilled it won't work. Only tested inside a house.
