"Unable to launch application" error

Postby arcryan » Thu Jun 14, 2012 12:40 am

I need help. I know this has probably been answered before but how do i get the game to work? Whenever i try to launch autohaven.jnlp it shows the haven and hearth logo then it says "unable to launch application." The game worked before. In fact i was playing it about 20 mins before and then it just stopped working. If anyone can tell me how to fix this i would appreciate it.

Try re-downloading the client, if you did that then maybe try using a different client, (enders, ect)

I tried re-downloading it but it still doesn't work and i cant get Ender's client to work because the instructions are confusing to me.

Did you change anything on your PC ?

Do you have another application running that uses Java ?

Test your Java installation:
http://java.com/en/download/testjava.jsp

clear Cache used for Java (System Settings - Java Control Panel - Temporary Internet Files)

And getting Ender to run isn't that hard...you just need some patience...
