Agility with Equipment

My base Agility is 33. With my gear (+5 from ranger boots, -1 from nettle pants, and -2 from another pair of pants) it's 35

However, when I put my q69 bronze plate (-22 agi) on it becomes 16 agi. I know that it is supposed to decrease your agility stat, but the problem is that it's not calculating properly (it's supposed to be 13). When I mouse over my agility stat it says "33 - 17" when it is supposed to be "33 - 20." It's only calculating the largest negative (-22) against the positive which is 5, not all of the negatives together.

Q69 Bronze plate : sqrt(69/10) * 8 = 21

It's all I get.
But I think it's incorrect. I have a Q47 bronze plate that actually decreases 16 agi.

No fanit, penalties round up not down. -22 is correct for a q69 plate

I'm stumped on this one, DragonScythe =(

Sounds stupid but did you forget to wear your pants? If you got your plate (-22) and boots (+5) on, it'd be 16 agi.

I was wearing my pants, the only thing I equipped or unequipped from 35 agility to 16 agility was the bronze plate.

Edit: In fact, if I remove my pants, it actually gives me EXTRA agility
