Unable to add kin to claim

Hello,

I wanted to add one of my kin to my claim in order for him to wander around and access things on my claim.
I have added him by changing his colour to a certain colour (green) and changing the claim colour to that colour as well (green).
This doesn't work no matter how many times I've tried and currently the only way I can let him on my claim is to join him in a party.

Please help.

Don't quote me on it, but I think you have to tick all those options for tresspassing, etc for them to do things on the claim.

Try it out, I'm sure someone else will give you a clearer answer.

I didn't know you could change the color of the claim!
In regards to your situation, like Arty said, just gotta make sure you have trespassing and etc checked off for the kin assigned to that color can do whatever on the claim. What I usually do is check 'em all off, and hit "buy". Even if I haven't expanded, it's a habit I do that works for me. I also exit out of the claim expansion menu too. Then I open it back up to see if it's still checked off.
