Can't connect/start the game.

As the title states: I can't connect nor start the game.
With the standard client, it doesn't even start and the Enders Client only spits out "Connection times out: connect"
Any solution to this?

Using tracert I get disappointing stuff.

EDIT: Fixed after contacting the ISP.
