Low FPS

Postby 0909red » Sat Apr 06, 2013 2:06 pm

I've got real bad FPS constantly when games not under any stress from anything like a thicket or mass' of crops, when zoomed out on enders it lags the most giving about 12-16 FPS.
I tried to do bunch of stuff to improve FPS like update drivers but they were already updated, remove maps folder from enders etc etc if anyone knows a fix for this could they please post.

well Nooby... :roll:

first would be to use the "hide" option in Toolsmenue mainly for the bottom 3 - also hide plants when zoomed out, if you hide other stuff you should enable "show hidden" in extended (red cross) - also look at OpenGL settings at graphicsettings of your machine - Triple Buffering for it should be off...

(btw. i can play well with average 16 on 1920x1200) this ain't no shooter ;)

on the other hand Nooby isn't completly wrong: depending on what's your system i.e. memory and graphics a HW check and upgrade might help...

What do you consider being a douche 'faggel'? Upgrading hardware almost works in every case. Worked for me. Being specific, well, lets just say I'm not the computery type and I tried to help the best I could. Good luck getting any help while calling people douche faggels.

Don't mind nooby, he's denser than lead

If you don't get more than 40 frames in HnH(or any game for that matter), you should really consider upgrading your GPU and RAM, possibly your CPU as well depending on what you currently have.

A few suggestions I can give is going into your graphic card's control center and lowering some settings and seeing if it helps any;

Updating java ect ect

or setting java to highest priority in task manager.
