auto logout when entering a house

Greetings when I enter a house it logs me out once and when I log back in I am inside of the house
but whenever I exit the house it disconnects me when I try to relog It does again for like 2-3 times and then it freezes so I quitted the game and restarted and I coudt play again but everytime I enter the house it happens again help please?

greetings Im still having the issue ive made a screenshot of it I now started a new character wich auto logged out and eventually had everything black except players and player made stuff
my other character wich had the blackscreen with loading on it also has this now but it switches between the blackscreen and the error where everything is black except player made stuff

it is not the same as my other topic this is on my new character I created now this character just started to have everything black except for the player made items and players themselve

What PC or Notebook, OS, Antivirus programm, Firewall, Router Model, connection to Router by cable or wireless, Graphic Card ?

your problem prolly hasn't to do with what char (account) you use or with a server bug - i guess it's a problem on your side

im currently using avg antivirus firewall is off due to many problems with it when I play mmo's/online games
im connected with a glass fiber cable to the network here wich shoudt be fine(im not sure how high it is but it reaches a 10mb/s download speed on steam)
graphic card: realtek amd radeon hd 6450
network card: realtek PCIE gbe family controller
router: kpn experia box v8(that's all I coudt find on my router)

get rid of AVG FW - just enable the windows build in one ( your Arcadyan router has a Stateful Firewall in the firmware too)

if AVG FW is bundled with AVG AV switch to Avira Free AV (aslong you're not downloading pirated files from anywhere you're fine with it - nags you 1 time a day with an ad screen but you just close that... )

btw with how you connect i meant Bedrade (cable) or Draadloze (WiFi) verbinding

I see well ill get rid of avg and get some other anti virus cause i pirate sometimes
and im connected by cable
