cant run autohaven Windows 7 32bit

ok here's my problem guys, when i click the play button at top of the screen, it asks me to run autohaven using java(TM) web start launcher (default) so i do that it then downloads and installs, after the install is complete the haven and hearth logo appears in the middle of my screen for a few seconds then disappears, after this has happened a white window appears that looks like the game window, but only for a split second, it then closes its self down and leaves me with a Hs_err_pid.log file, iv downgraded my java from 7 to 6 as i head that could help but no difference, also attempted to add an exception to my firewall but the JNLP file doesnt appear. im seriously stuck here and am in dire need of help, as i have planned a session with a couple of my friends,

It's a Notebook with integrated Intel Graphics

from error pid you can see:

that's Intel Graphics 4 Developers Windows 32 Dynamic Link Library (again )

try to update your Intel Graphics drivers otherwise it prolly won't work
let Intel check if they have one for you

just downgraded my graphics drivers and it works perfectly, thankyou so much massive help

I have an autohaven problem as well, just mine is different. When I run autohaven it will just keep downloading and not stop.

Have you tried to disable your Antivirus for the time of downloading?
