Beds again, different problem

Postby MasterCatfish » Wed Oct 28, 2009 10:04 am

Once placed and slept in, the person who slept in the bed can no longer lift it. I don't know if this is true for more than just the sturdy beds or not. If a bed were to be placed in front of a door and then slept in (to prevent burglary), this could be pretty debilitating.

You can just destroy the bed.

It's true. I slept in a sturdy bed and I can no longer pick it up OR destroy it.

Someone else should be able to. The bounding box is only gone for your character so that you can login on top of it without being stuck. It's a silly system and I thought Loftar fixed it. I guess not. Have a friend move it for you. Should work.

I have heard some people say that if you are having this problem, go away from the bed and right click it and click sleep and then click away before you reach the bed. This should fix it so you can lift it again. I haven't tried it myself though.

Am I the only one who thinks the current bed system makes about as much sense as this?

Really needs to be updated, Loftar. Of course, alcohol is a good substitute for sleep.

That actually makes perfect sense. It is just very very VERY Oh my God hard to follow. The video that accompanies the audio makes it easier to follow.

It makes no sense in that it's an incredibly cumbersome and overcomplicated system.

Also, if you pay close attention, the man divides by zero:
