As the title suggests, I cannot make a Claim on an alt. I have Yeomanry, and have discovered all the parts needed... But still, no claim option there.

Tried that, nadda. Might it have to do with discovering Dreams and Branches after getting Yeomanry?

Nope - that shouldn't hinder - bones discovered aswell yourself? (sorry just to exclude)

Im not entirely about the bone discovery. I dont remember picking up bones on that char, but I grabbed some from a cabinet without getting the discovery exp... I can only assume Ive discovered them.

Nope.
You sure you're looking under Adventure and not under Build?
Happened to me early W6 T_T
Edit: Picking up from cb doesn't count.
If you can't make a bonesaw under craft-tools, find a rabbit.
