I'm not sure if it's a bug or not. You CAN make torches and rugs with linen clothes irl, so idk.

Yes, but people don't need alot of torches or rugs, so they won't make alts for that, or barely.
Wagons are useful and cost a fair amount of linnen. There will be no way anyone would ever be making linnen for a wagon anymore.
