When ever I am pulling a cart and a frog or rat bumps into it, I have to repull it. This is really annoying when its behind a clump of trees because you constantly have to go back and pick up the cart and you don't know when you drop it until you come out of the trees.

This is, unfortunately... A feature.

Frogs and rats should seriously be removed until they serve a different purpose than "Cart Stopper!"

I don't know about you, but when I think of small animals and large rolling objects, I think roadkill.
Come back two hours earlier.

I agree, you should be able to pass through them or else collision with them while pulling a cart should destroy them.
