losing hhp while signed in, no obvious reason

I asked around and as far as I can tell this is a bug.
I've been losing hhps while logged in, logged out I lose none, for the past 3ish days.
I have shoes, its not leeches or black FEPs, no one or no thing is attacking me I'm not losing shp but hhp, it would appear to be around 1-3 an hour.
I died recently, and had over 300% travel weariness easily at one point, those are really the only relevant things I can think of tbh

Are you actually losing them or gaining new ones? When you increase Con. it can seem like you have lost them but you really have gained and just not filled the bar out.

I. what? of course I'm eating, the lowest it'll ever go is bottom of yellow, and this is a constant drain. and no its going from 66 to 63 or 70 to 68 so its not cons growth, which has been few and far between.

Increasing the Life slider at all?

yes, but the actual numbers are dropping as well. I stopped leeching to make sure it wasn't leeches and haven't touched a slider or done anything dangerous and between posts my hhps dropped from 75 to 70

Are you on a pclaim where you have no rights?

not constantly, but yes if ones in my way I'll walk over it. 70 to 68 between posts this time

You get hhp damage from tresspassing now. All crimes actually.

I'll double check, by staying off claims, and see if thats the issue, but I don't live on one and its been pretty consistent. thanks for the help
