Problem with disconnects

i have a big problem with disconnects, but only when i'm on villige. When i 'm outside nothing like that happens. i tried to open the right ports (UDP 1870 TCP 1871) but it didn't help.

Did you try with a router reset (resetu router) ?

i don't think it's the same problem as you're not using the same provider as OP ;)
