losing internet connection problem

Hi, I have encountered very annoying promblem that is almost dont leting me play.
Very often when i enter stone mansion or teleport(Crossroads/Village/Hearth) im losing internet connection and have to restart my router to get it fixed.
Funny thing is that it isnt instatly kicking me out form the game for around 20-30 sec im just standing and cant move, while i can still see others moveing around, same goes for team speak, when i enter stone mansion and i already know that i have lost connection for 20-30 sec i can still hear what my friends are talking but cannot say anything.
Tried to reinstal java or even changed java version form 7 to 6, reinstaled client and tried to use other clients.
I dont rly know what i can do now to get it fixed.

It takes few seconds before you really get logged out on server ...

Problems are neither Java, HnH, TeamSpeak related - but your Internet connection / settings

If its not hnh related problem, than why is that happening only when im playing hnh, and only when i teleport or enter/leave stone mansion?
If its related to my internet connection where should i look for solution?
what to begin with?

I've got same problem. And i would like to know any solution for this situation. Only HnH Disconnecting while teleporting to Hearth or Village. Crossroad Too.

What router model and what ISP?

Livebox2 and NEOSTRADA - orange ADSL ?!?

We think it's a problem with routing ...
