Black Screen When Leaving Houses

First off, I just want to apologize if there is a topic about this already. I've been searching for a few days and haven't found anything, but I might just be bad at searching, so if there is a topic with answers, please link me.

If not, here's whats going on;

For the last week straight I've been having this issue that has become increasingly more consistent. Every time I leave a house, my screen just turns completely black. The UI is still there, along with everything else except for my character.
There will be an arrow pointing to her direction, but it doesn't matter. She's completely unreachable.

My connection is good, ports are open, no firewalls--Everything seems to be in accordance in order to play the game. Does anyone have some advice? It is getting rather frustrating now.

Also, we have tried uninstalling and re-installing the game. Seemed to work for a day, but alas, she's back at it again.

Any help (Or redirection to an existing topic) is greatly appreciated.

Edit: Sorry for the godawful huge attachment. D: Apparently I'm not good at re-sizing images, either.
Edit x2: Is it possible that this is just lag? Or an outdated client?

This is a fixable bug in the client code. Its like a null error that occurs sometimes when leaving a house. Xcom I believe wrote a post about how to fix it but I can't remember where I saw it. I'll see if I can find it.
