Sudden quality dropping

So guys.
I got 2 smelters. Both are built from same q bricks, definitely no mistake here. Both are fueled by the same q coal and stuffed with same q ore. Both were smelting the same q bars until yesterday. Now smelter#2 makes bars of 1q lower then smelter #1. Wtf?

Are you sure it's exactly the same Q? Because shit gets rounded down even if it's at like 50.99, it goes to 50. I don't see any other explanation except for that.

Server rounding error, or you built it with slightly lower q bricks.
