My kin cant access my items within my stake claim! HELP!

On the wiki it says "Party members and Kins have all permissions under your claim, even if they are not allowed by claim settings." but my kin can only access things within my stake claim then im in a party with him. Is this a bug or can i fix this somehow? (For some reason i cant change the colour of the stake claim too)

What client? When Ender is it 06.04.12 version? if not update...

You give the Kin a color and set the rights to that color at claimstake management...
One thing i do is after setting rights for one color is closing it, then open again to set rights for another color...

Kin can't access claim without permissions given, wiki is wrong, party members can though.

Party members will have ALL permissions to your claim regardless of what you have assigned to them via kin's chat colour. Only form parties with people you trust completly.
