The theory that server restarts/crashes can dupe items? Its not like that had been used on former worlds to intentionally dupe items...

This is an issue inherent to the grid system and how data is saved and stored. Grids are not all simultaneously backed up by the server, so if a character is online with an item when a server crash occurs and the container with the item wasn't updated before the crash, you get a duplication.

Unless you can predict when supergrids will be backed up and can crash server on command then this isn't really an abusable bug and is more a nuisance of the old code. If you can crash the server on command then report that bug and never abuse it or everyone will hate you forever.
