Infinite black loading screen and log out on teleport

I know there are quite some threads about these but most of the answers I tried from those didn't change a thing.
Basically what happens is when I try to log in as my character it just shows me an infinite black loading screen that doesn't allow me to do a thing, and in Enders client it shows the ground around me black and I still can't move.
And when I try to play as another character and teleport/enter a building it automatically logs out and eventually they also get the loading screen bug.

i have this quite a bit but it disappears after about 3-5 mins
its just the world loading for me i think...

Tried waiting a few minutes just in case this might be it, didn't work.

The second problem I share. When you DC and try to log back in does it say already logged in,?

close client - count to 10 - open client again - login - prolly you just didn't wait long enough with login attempts or your client freezed

Win 32x
2GB ram
Aspire X3400
NVIDIA GeForce 9200
Java 7
Latest driver
If not, digging through the threads you sent.

you might try for a test in run.bat

and do without custom res files

Changed the run.bat to this.

Tried it with

too but it didn't change anything.

Also check AV /FW /routersettings aren't blocking
