(No Bug)Skills not unlocking some builds and crafts.

Hello to everyone.
I have just started playing a yesterday.

My first char was ok but i drowned him pretty fast.
With my next char I noticed I cannot build and craft some things i used to with my first char.
I thought that I just need to unlock some more skills but now I am much more advanced and still cannot craft them.
This includes:
fishing bites,
melee combat moves,
building spruce bed,
crafting cone cow,
among some other things.

Is it normal? Does anyone experienced such problems?

I am using Ender x64 Client but in vanilla client those abilities does not show either.

1. did you inherit your first char?
→ you will have to buy "all" the skills again.
2. did you not inherit and made a new char?
→ you will have to discover all the items used for crafting/building again.
