Spawn without hs/hf on a claimed ground?

Heyas,
today my friend was farming his fields. Few secs later a hearthfire and a guy popped up. The land is claimed with personal claim + city claim and there are no hf's around and the chars have no hs. How is it possible that he spaws at our land?

Maybe he had your hearth secret, or your buddys.

I suppose I'm the friend in question. Really weird this. I double checked if none of my chars had a HS set, but none of them had, so this shouldn't be possible.

Did you interview the guy?

I asked who he was and tried to aggro him, but he logged out before I could, since I don't have combat moves belted on my farmer.

Especially since 5 mins later the server crashed :/

Don't know if that has anything to do with it. Probably just coincidence.
