I was walking up to a rabbit. It was right next to a palisade and when I tried to get it it warped through the palisade. Now If this isn't a bug, I'm pretty sure most rabbits can't jump that high.

Look at it this way: rabbits can crawl through small holes in the wall.

Yeah, Rabbits have the teleport skill now.
Soon they even will have their own Hearthfire.
