Game won't start

When I open the game, a white screen shows and may or may not show an error message. Then i have to turn off the game and turn it back on but still nothing happens. what do i do? :?:

ps i use a mac

A screenshot of the actual error would help alot for other people to know what you're doing wrong.

Did tthe game run before?

often a graphics chip error - check for updates at Apple support pages at first please

Ok i did all the things and command prompt/ terminal says i don't have prevaliges

the command only works with ender client

Well... Shit. I just wanted to play a nice-looking game, but it's starting to look like I need to learn fundamental programming to begin. Same problem on a Mac, white screen w/ music, a million confirmations with Java that it is nat malware, getting hated on for having an extra-shiny artist's tool... Is this ever going to reach a point where I can just login and play? :cry:
