Nature Slider

I have an odd bug with my character, ingame if shows my slider to be 4 towards nature and unable to go 5, but on the web site it says 5.

I have tried with three different clients, all say 4 to nature, and unable to go 5.
I have tried going to industry (makes 3 nature ingame, 4 on the web site) then back to nature, and it still won't let me go 5.

This wouldn't be an issue except that it's on my farmer character, and I am getting only 2 seeds from about a third of plants.
Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Havent seen this issue before, that is really weird, do u have a top hat on that gives +1 industry?

LoW - that can happen even to experienced players especially when they steady solve others problems aswell in HDI and WT as Arcanist does - no reason for boohooing ...
