its not working

every time click on the program it says application blocked by security settings and i need help please

Setting the slider to Medium is not the solution! Why do you think Oracle has made it at "high" for default?!?
Because there are Exploits in the wild...

Just don't launch other java applets. But yes that appears to be a better solution.
