Walking on water?

So I was AFKing on a boat next to my base on a river, but when I come back to the game I see it crashed. I close the window, reopened the game, logged onto my character and I am standing on deep water, but if I move it gives the You need swimming to cross deep water message. The boat had disappeared so I had to travel to my HF. Anyone know why?

You crashed on boat. Someone removed the boat. You relogged on the water. It doesn't count as swimming cuz it's a bug.
