Black terrain textures

If you are inside a cave and find another exit claimed by someone else you can exit from it but you will not see terrain textures but you'll se everything black with items floating around
This happens only if the character doesn't have Trespassing and criminal actions enabled, if you have Trespassing and enable criminal actions it works fine

THis is known. It also occurs if you teleport outside from within a cave.
