Maritime claim

I'm not sure if it's lag or just that you can boat through claims, but I beached somewhere I didn't know was a claim, got out of boat 2 squares away from boat and now can't move at all for lack of the trespass skill... So... Lost boat and 2 chests? (until i grind 20k, boat back there and try to take boat back, which will probably say is theft...)
