Connection Problem

Hi guys, sorry if this is answered somewhere but im having issues connecting to the game. I play without issue on my computer, but the laptop im using now completly disconnects from the internet whenever i attempt to log in.
a source of much amusment to the general household
i have updated java, allowed UDP port 1870 and TCP port 1871, followed by turning off the firewall to no noticable difference. are there logs hidden somewhere i can check out?
no rush but i need more computers to bring more players :p

Similar problem here, but not just on my MacBook but on my PC as well. Can hardly login, it just loads the GUI, the world stays black with "loading...", then I disconnect and so does my teamspeak 3 client if I play on my mac where TS is running, what is really weird. Sometimes I can play with my second char then, but only for a few seconds, then I crash there as well. If I´m on TS on my MacBook while playing on my PC and the game crashs the TS does not disconnect so it´s no total disco. The weird thing is that my mates still play so it´s not a gerenal problem but I have no idea what causes this issue. The first 2 days in the game were fine but since 3 days I have nothing but troubles. Right now I can´t even connect to the game at all.
