I have been unable to put gauze on to heal myself even though I have First AId skill

You do know that you don't simply put the gauze in the inventory slot, right?

Someone else must put the gauze on for you...
They must do this by left clicking the gauze so it's on their cursor, then right clicking your hearthling and selecting the option that pops up.

left click the gauze so it now moves with your mouse, then rightclick your dude, not any picture or anything but yout actual guy in the middle of your screen, it should allow you to click a option called heal
