teleport with inventory open - server crash?

The instant I hit the teleport button the cabin music stopped, the game had crashed. It was then that I noticed I still had my inventory screen open. Could be a coincidence, but I think it caused the crash. Easy to test and confirm, but it will not be me doing the confirmation. ;)
