Constant game crashing

I'm having an annoying issue with the game where every couple of minutes the game/client (note, not the server) crashes on me and I have to restart the game. My video drivers are up-to-date, and so is my version of Java. I'm using Pacho's client with 1024x768 resolution, but an actual 1280x1024 monitor display. It's getting to the point where it's discouraging to play because of all the crashing.

So, does this happen to anyone else? Is there some way I can fix this, or is there a problem with the game itself?

I haven't received any error reports from your client. Do you get the "Haven error" dialog box, or does the crash manifest itself in some other fashion?

Interestingly enough there's no output from either the game or windows itself when the game crashes. All what happens is the game freezes up for an indefinite amount of time until I either end-task it or it, eventually, brings me back to the main menu where the Login button is.

I'd hate to come off as impatient, but I'm still having these problems. At least some insight as to what might be causing this would be nice, I'm not the only one who has this problem as well.

Well, I'm sorry, but I have no idea. :) I've never seen it myself, and I cannot fathom what might be causing it.
