Claim portet me into water= Char deadeleted

I came from the seaside to our town. i could get out of my boat without any problem like allways. After that i got in my boat again to make a little bit free space for a friendly ship and got out of my boat again. 2 seconds later i got a message this area belongs to another player and i got portet about 5 meter back straith into the river and died.
How can that be? The area is owned by a friend and i have permissions to pass it and it works fine even 5 minutes ago before it happened. He wasn´t online at this time so he couldn´t have made any changes.
So the only thing that can be is, that it was a bug and i now lost everything i have played for many hours to get it.

You sure you guys weren't in a party and he logged off when you tried to enter his claim the second time?
Being in a party allows any members to have any rights on any other member's claims.
If this isn't the case, well, eh.

EDIT: I don't get why Jorb/Loftar would make it so you port out of the claim when leaving the boat. That's like, deadly.
The only way it seems to be able to jump a wall with the current way of leaving (if you even could, that is) is if the guy builds a wall directly next to the river.
Then again, who would do that? I find it quite hard to find a straight bank against the river that goes on enough for about, maybe a 20x20 plot...

EDIT 2: While rereading the opening post, it seems that after 2 seconds of leaving the boat, you got a message saying 'This land belongs to...' and THEN got ported way back into the river. Were you able to walk on the claimed land for these 2 seconds and are you dead serious it was your friend's name in the claim message?

i could walk everywhere in the claim and the claim message didnt tell any name, only owned by another person. but he is the only one who owns all that area. its a little habour. he wasn´t even online so i wasn´t in party with him and could walk through the claim. only after i left my boat the secont time i send me the message and portet me into the river

iam having trouble visualizing this. so you parked your boat on land. then cntrl clicked onto the land and it put you into the water somewhere else far away from where you clicked? also do you have swimming?

So it said 'This land is owned by someone' the second time you left your boat and warped you in the middle of the river where you must've had swimming and the safety option off for some reason?

Why the fuck would you port into the middle of the river?
