resolution issue?

I'm trying to get this game running, but for some reason it opens in a window at the top left, and sort of flickers in another position. When I click somewhere it registers the click somewhere else!

Here is what it looks like when it's running.

I can drag the screen layered in the back around, but the one in the corner is always there.

did you by accident type :fs 1?

try :fs 0

(You need to do this raw, on the window, not in the chat window)
