Boat taken from a claim

Maybe not a true bug, but anyway...

I was on boat and lifted another one which was on claimed shallow, with criminal acts turned off. I drove away with it and disembarked outside of the claim. After that I could not put it, and it appeared to me that my movement was also limited as if there was a claim. I didn't want to turn criminal acts, so I logged off. The boat remained there with no scents.

Weird. So you say the claim and unclaimed area, like, switched status?
