Health dropping without reason

A friend of mine, which character name is Duco, has some problems with his health...
It keeps dropping without a reason, and I've checked everything but I can't seem to find the problem.
He doesn't eat raw chicken, he wears shoes and the health dropping also occurs when he uses no leeches.
I guess some kind of glitch occured which makes his health drop for no reason at all.

Assistance please...

Yes

And I also asked if he was turning his personal belief sliders, and he didn't.
He also ate no food that add strenght or endurance so... I guess he really has some problems with a glitch of some sort...
Altrough he did eat enough food to stay healthy, and his hunger doesn't reach under the status: "Hungry".

if his health is still dropping. post a picturing containing his health and food bars, his inventory and his personal beliefs and his stats screen. your trying to make people play a guessing game.
