I don't know whats going on. I don't see nick of some person. Some nicknames i can see normally but some only what i see is three question marks (???).
Please help.

You have to kin people to see their real names. To do that you either rightclick the person, first memorize him then kin him. Or if someone gives you his hearthsecret you can kin him by using that secret in your kinlist.
