i am play with windowed mode and have 1-3 fps. why it so slow? in earler versions client works okay.
(i have a problems with video card, but it's works okay with windowed mode. other java games works well)

Here might be your problem. Are you using up-to-date drivers for your video card, rather than what came with your OS? Also, are you using Windows Aero? Aero is on by default if you're using Windows Vista (I believe) or 7.

i am use WindowsXP SP-3. video card RADEON X800 GTO try to update drivers

installing drivers doesn't help.

Are you using the default client, or a third-party such as Pacho's?

No, Pacho's still works if you get the extractable rather than the stand-alone. Try digging around for that, though I doubt it'll fix your problem.

This game runs like dried glue across Canada in relation to the processing power it should take. The blame rests somewhere between Loftar and Java's interaction with OpenGL. I've never had anything in Java run well on any computer I've ever owned, to the point where I'm surprised it wasn't scrapped as unacceptable garbage years ago. As a point of comparison, the only computers I've seen H&H run well on are the ones in the computers labs at my university that were built for engineering and 3D drafting applications. I would call that telling.
Come back two hours earlier.
