Image won't refresh

Hello. My PC is acting strange.
I walk inside/around the village and my ingame image won't refresh. It freezes. I can see how my legs moving, but i can't do anything. Everything just stands still. Our villagers saying i'm moving (when i'm clicking left and right). They can see how I move, but i don't. I wait for a while, but nothing happens. I can say something in village/party chat, but I don't see it, and our villagers see it. I was waiting for like 30 minutes once, and nothing changed.
It happens mostly when I'm inside/near our village. No other villager have same issue inside/around our village(it's about ~10 other people), so, I guess, it's only my problem. But it's still there.
Original client and Pacho's acting with the same behavior.

My rig:
Core2Duo E8400 @ 3Ghz, 2Gb ram, Radeon 3870 512Mb
Windows 7 32bit
Every software is up to date, I have good stable DSL connection(if that really matters, cuz everyone except me can see i'm moving/chatting)..

Any suggestions?

Okay, I found what's causing the problem. The problem disappears when I use differend ADSL-router (DLink 2640u) instead of my Zyxel P660RT2. I have made a port forwarding for both of them (1870, 1871 ports), but that's probably pointless since H&H (from what i can see in tcpview) uses random ports all the time. There's no other special settings, everything in both routers is set up from default settings. I have problems with ADSL connection on Dlink, so I need to use Zyxel right now (it connects without a problem), but Zyxel gives me such bad isssue with freezes.. Anything can be suggested here?
