Can't log in to where I logged out

Quite a weird problem.. I can log in to my Hearthfire just fine. The option to log in to where I logged out is there, but clicking it does nothing.
this is only for one character, all others work fine.. I believe it may be related to the fact I was carrying a boat and had a power cut. When I logged back in it began and the boat was nowhere to be seen.

I have similar issues sometimes, recently and I mean like a day or two ago, I logged out with my character holding my boat in my house, I couldnt log back in at the spot I was so I went to my fire and the boat was gone, only to be found in the dark unreachable area of my house. And the boat unfortunatly had everything I had to this character's name in it.

After building a hearthfire elsewhere this issue has gone away.

You cannot log back in where you logged out if you were carrying something (since it will be dropped in the exact same spot you want to log back in) or when logging out on someone elses claim you have no permissions for.
