Internet crashing

Over the past few days my internet has constantly been crashing.
It only happens when I play the game.
I play the game and it would freeze for a minute or two, and then about half the time it resumes play, the other half it kicks me to the login screen.
At the point that it kicks me out, my network to the internet would crash, meaning browsing the web is impossible for a few minutes, then it resumes.

There isn't a specific action that causes it because it happens all the time and sporadically, although alot of the times is when enter/exiting a building.

Here's some random errors that popped up in command prompt, not sure if they're relevant:

Turn off the IRC, its been known to crash people's network.

H&H has been known to destroy connections. I've had this happen. Nothing else needs to be running, and it's the standard client. When I try to connect from the wireless at the library, it breaks my internet connection more often than not, and when it doesn't, it goes as soon as I use a door or entrance. It uses a virtual private network, although I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

I've seen this topic pop up a few times. It's weird, but I think it's possible, somehow. Something's causing it, anyway.

I might have solved the problem, but as soon as I get on to test the server crashes... :/

I'm thinking it is the use of a wireless connection.
I have it networked via ethernet now and the little time I did play just now there was no problem (save for the occasional lag).

Heh, I've only heard of it happening because people were using my client. The IRC code is total shit, but its annoying to change it.

Problem seems to be (at least from the syslog of the windows machines which have the problem with IRC in your client) that the IRC code exceeds the limit of TCP connections being made within some seconds (triggering some kind of windows anti-evil protection which shuts down the TCP/IP stack).
