Basicly: We killed this guy, and he refuses to log out, so his corpse keeps us locked inside our own home.

See? So focus on the bug, since in reality, you're normally able to just step over or sometimes on a corpse to cross it, same should apply here, no?

If he is dead it is not him causing this "bug". He will be logged out the instant he dies. So there is a corpse blocking your entrance? If you really have no way to get out (teleport to village idol, hearthfire) then you will need to wait till the corps decays. After it has become a skeleton you can pick it up and carry it.

Great, a decayed corpse indoors... Some smells just never comes out of the walls- *slaps himself* oh, right, it's a game. But okay, fair enough.
