House Exploit

Postby KillerWarWolf » Sun Jun 06, 2010 4:47 pm

Hi Jorb. I found a giant exploit that anyone with a village idol and a ram can use. (I don't know if you and Loftar have fixed this already.)
Please check your PMs.

Edited for the happiness and correct reasoning of Burgingham.

(sorry.I just didn't want it to get sent to hel for lack of content....Although I probably shouldn't of given basically a tutorial on how to use it..)
Again, sorry.

I can vouch for this bug,
I once built a house and went in it then a crash happened.
I logged in and asked my village folk if my house was still built as a joke because i built it literally a minute ago.
Turns out it wasn't on the game but I was still in it.

This needs to be fixed asap

Wow, Griefers heaven.

I vote for a hotfix unless you`re into Killingstreaks.

Uhm didn't I tell you to pm the devs about it and not make it public? Now everyone is going to abuse it and jorb has a lot of shit to clean up.
If you abuse a bug where you are absolutely not summonable the devs are going to do something about it and it might not be pretty for your char. So I don't advice anyone testing this.

This is why we can't have nice things.

This has been around for ages? I thought they made it so if you didn't have a HF in the world that you'd be summonable everywhere. I guess I should have actually tested it though

???
the problem is that the "bad guys" build their hearthfire in this nirvana-area. AFTER THAT they are not summonable

Haha, hm.

I personally found this thread amusing because of some "trolls" acting serious about using bugs but yet they macro(And no, I am not defining macroing as a bug as i am sure some of you trolls will knitpick about it because you have a half a brain.).

Theyyy're such big troll contradictions. Hahaha.

Anyways. Hope this bug was fixed. Grievers are so annoying.
