Travel Weariness - Unequipping/equipping

This has been bugging me for a while, when you unequip an item your TW bar goes past max (No check to see what max is and if it can go past it?), and when you drink wine you waste 1 sip 0.1L bringing it down (it only checks when you drink wine not when you un/equip items?), and then the second sip to actually bring it down.

Only true in case with items which impact agility.

Behaviour also makes sense, else you could generate unused TW by simply equipping merchants rings and reequipping them.

Behaviour is incomplete. When equipping agility buff items, does not adjust accordngly and visa versa (have only seen it increase on rare occasion). It is only once you actually drink wine when the adjustment is reflected.

This is the problem.

Test that? I'm fairly certain the TW change is there when you switch rings, it just isn't displayed until you log/drink/smoke/travel.
