"Haven error! An error has occured!"-Screen

Hey, I read about this problem somewhere but I can't find it.
So I wanted to open a thread where this problem is openly solved (hopefuly).

My problem is that I can start "haven & hearth" till the login screen i can type in my stuff, then the authentication screen, but then the "Haven error! An error has occured!" pops up... so what is this ? Is this a "new the server is down"-issue I don't know ?
Or is this more serious ?

It's probably because our DNS was down (see this post for details).

It shouldn't trigger the error handler, though. I'll make sure to fix that.
